How do subscriptions work?

When you purchase a subscription order we’ll send your first order within 1 business day. After the length of time you chose (4 month subscription for example) we will send a reminder email prior to your 4 month order and then you will be charged for another order and we’ll post it out automatically so you can set and forget.

How can I change my subscription frequency?

Log into ‘My Account’. On the left there is a subscription menu. This will show your current subscription. Click on ” View”, then  click on “downgrade or upgrade”, then you’ll be redirected to shop, then you can change your subscription frequency, click sign up now, redirected to checkout (payment is zero only) since  you’ll only downgrading or upgrading your subscription frequency.

My address changed, how can I update?

Log into ‘My Account’ and go to the ‘Subscriptions’ menu on the left.
There will be a ‘Change Address‘ button, click here and update the fields. Click Save.

If I buy other items with a keratin kit subscription will I get them every time? (such as combs or hair straightener?)

No, the subscription only applies to the keratin treatments purchased.

Can I get my next order earlier? and will that change future orders?

If you need your kit sooner than expected you can go into ‘My account’ > Subscriptions and then ‘Renew Now’. Your order will be processed and sent out within 24 hours (mon-fri)

Your following order will be sent as per the original schedule and will show in your account. If you need the schedule to be restarted then it’s best to cancel your current subscription and sign up to a new one.

Can I add more kits onto my subscription?

Yes, we have customers who purchase more kits for family or friends to complete together. To add to your subscription:

Log into ‘My Account’, Browse to the kit you’re after and select the subscription duration.
At the bottom of the select is a check box ‘Add to my subscription’ mark this and then complete the checkout process to add to your subscription.

Do you keep our payment details on your server?

No, we don’t keep or see any of your payment details. These are safely stored securely with Stripe.
