• Before using one of our DIY Keratin Kits, take clear photos* of your hair from the side, front and back.
• In your own words, share your experience and how you applied the treatment.
• Take a clear photo* side, front and back after you’ve completed the DIY Keratin Treatment*.
• At least one photo must have the product visible (holding syringes for example) to ensure its our product
• Send us the before and after photos* via email.
• Please read photo requirements below to ensure you application can be processed correctly.

• Valid claims will be refunded by reversing the charge back via credit card or Paypal. If bank deposit was paid then bank details will be required to send the refund back.
• Important Note: The kit size bought needs to be in line with the hair length shown in the kits and your hair length.

• Reach out to us within 45 days of your purchase if you need to make a claim.
• We can only refund the cost of the kit itself, not any accessories you may have purchased.
• If you bought more than one kit, we need all unused kits returned before we can process your refund.
• Only one claim can be made per household.  If you bought a bundle with two or three kits and only used one of them, please note that you will have to send the other kits back. Once we get the unused kits back, we’ll give you your kit purchase money back.
• We kindly ask that you don’t post any negative feedback on social media before contacting us. We want to do everything we can to make things right.
• Any additional expenses occured will not be covered, the maximum refunded will be the order total.
