Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 27 July 2023

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Keratin Hair Treatments Ambassador Program (“Program”). Ambassadors may also be referred to as affiliates. By joining the competition and programme, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

The Program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older and residing in Australia. Residents of other countries are not eligible to participate.

Application Process:

To join the Program & competition, interested ambassador must submit an application through our website and await approval from Keratin Hair Treatments.

Sign-up Process:
- Ambassadors interested in joining the program will need to fill out a sign-up form with their name, email address, and preferred unique referral extension code.
- Once submitted, ambassadors will receive an email confirming their application is being reviewed.

Access to Affiliate Portal
- Approved ambassadors will gain access to the Affiliate Portal, where they can find their unique referral link and coupon code to share with their referrals.
- The portal will also provide resources, tracking links, and marketing materials.

Coupon Code for Referrals:

- Ambassadors can access a unique coupon code in the Affiliate Portal.
- This coupon code can be shared with their referrals, providing an incentive in the form of a free hair wrap.
Approval and Onboarding:
- In one to three business days, ambassadors will receive an email notifying them of their approval and link to the affiliate portal so they can start participating in the program.
- Ambassadors can log in to the Affiliate Portal to access their unique link and track their referrals.

Promotion and Referral:

- Ambassadors can share their unique referral link with potential customers via social media, emails, blogs, etc.
- To encourage referrals, ambassadors can offer a unique coupon code to their referrals, providing an added incentive of FREE HAIR WRAP.

Affiliate/Ambassador Responsibilities:

- Ambassadors are responsible for promoting Keratin Hair Treatment products accurately and professionally.
- Ambassadors cannot represent themselves as employees or sales representatives of Keratin Hair Treatments Australia or claim to hold any official role within the organisation.
- Fake claims and misrepresentations are strictly prohibited.
- Customers cannot exchange referral codes with each other to earn commisions fraudulently.

Brand Guidelines:

Ambassadors must adhere to our brand guidelines and are not allowed to represent themselves as employees or representatives of Keratin Hair Treatments.

Prohibited Activities:

Ambassadors are prohibited from using their referral links in paid advertisements, spamming or listing our products on other platforms. All sales must be generated on keratinhairtreatments.com.au.

Commision Structure:

- Ambassadors will earn commissions based on eligible sales generated through their unique referral link.
- Commissions will be paid according to the terms set forth by Keratin Hair Treatments.
- Commissions will be paid on the final purchase amount after any applied discounts.
- Commissions are applicable only on product sales, and postage fees are excluded from commision calculations.
- In the event a visitor to our website is referred by ‘Ambassador A’s link’ first and then visits the site on another occasion using ‘Ambassador B’s link’ within 30 days of the initial visit. Any commissions generated will go to ‘Ambassador A’.

Eligible Commissions on New Customers:

- Commissions on new customers referred by affiliates will be effective from purchase date.
- Customers cannot exchange referral codes with each other to earn commissions fraudulently.

Cookie Duration:

The cookie duration is 30 days, during which affiliates will receive credit for sales generated by their referrals.

Commission Payout Terms:

Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis after a brief review.

Tracking and Reporting:

Sales will be tracked and reported through our affiliate tracking system. Affiliates can access their performance reports through their affiliate dashboard.

Termination Clause:

Keratin Hair Treatments reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the Program at any time for violating the terms and conditions or engaging in unethical practices.

Modification of Terms:

Keratin Hair Treatments may modify the terms and conditions of the Program at its discretion. Ambassadors will be notified of any changes through email or the affiliate dashboard.

Legal Compliance:

Ambassadors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when promoting Keratin Hair Treatments products.

Confidentiality:

Any confidential information obtained during the Program must be kept confidential by the Ambassadors .

Indemnification

Ambassadors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Keratin Hair Treatments from any losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from their breach of these terms.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from the Program will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Australia.

Entire Agreement:

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the Program and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

Promotion Period:

- The promotion will run from the launch date until August 31st 2023.
- Keratin Hair Treatments Australia reserves the right to reduce or extend this date.
- The winners will be drawn on September 4th, 2023 or within 4 business days of promotion ending.

Eligibility:

- Participants must be residents of Australia.
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

How to Enter:

- Fill out the entry form on the DIY Keratin Hair Treatments Australia website with your name and email address.
- Your unique referral link can be accessed on your affiliate dashboard.
- Upon submission, your unique referral link can be accessed on your affiliate dashboard.
- Participants are encouraged to share their unique referral link with friends, family, and contacts via any communication channel they prefer, including social media, email, messaging apps, etc.

General Terms:

- DIY Keratin Hair Treatments Australia reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or attempts to manipulate or tamper with the promotion.
- By participating in our Ambassador Program promotion, participants agree to receive promotional emails from DIY Keratin Hair Treatments Australia. Participants can opt-out of these emails at any time.
- DIY Keratin Hair Treatments Australia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice, for any reason.
- The Ambassador Program promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any third-party platform used for sharing referral links.
- DIY Keratin Hair Treatments Australia reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice
- Participants agree to release DIY Keratin Hair Treatments Australia from any liability arising from their participation in the promotion.
- Ambassador balances can’t be used to make purchases.

Account Security and Responsibility:

- The security of an ambassador/affiliate’s account is solely their responsibility.
- Ambassadors/affiliates must take appropriate measures to protect their account credentials, including passwords and login information.
- Keratin Hair Treatments will not be held liable for any unauthorized access, use, or compromise of an ambassador/affiliate’s account.
- In the event that an ambassador/affiliate’s account is compromised,Keratin Hair Treatments will not transfer any payouts or credits or be responsible for any losses incurred as a result of the compromise.
- Ambassadors/affiliates are encouraged to use strong and unique passwords and to enable additional security measures, such as two-factor authentication, to safeguard their accounts.
- If an ambassador/affiliate suspects any unauthorized activity or breach of their account, they must immediately notify Keratin Hair Treatments to take appropriate action.

Termination of Compromised Accounts:

- In cases where an ambassador/affiliate’s account has been compromised due to their failure to maintain adequate security measures, Keratin Hair Treatments reserves the right to terminate their participation in the affiliate program.
- Termination may occur without prior notice, and any outstanding commissions or credits will not be paid or refunded.

Liability Waiver:

By participating in the Keratin Hair Treatments Affiliate Program, ambassadors/affiliates acknowledge and agree to hold Keratin Hair Treatments harmless from any losses, damages, or liabilities resulting from unauthorized access to their accounts, whether due to their own negligence or external factors beyond the company’s control. Ambassadors/affiliates assume full responsibility for the security and use of their accounts.

Data Privacy:

Keratin Hair Treatments will handle all personal information provided by ambassadors/affiliates in accordance with its Privacy Policy. However, ambassadors/affiliates are responsible for any personal information they choose to share publicly or through their referral links.

Interpretation of Rules:

DIY Keratin Hair Treatments Australia reserves the right to interpret and apply the rules of the promotion. All decisions made by DIY Keratin Hair Treatments Australia regarding the promotion and the selection of winners are final and binding.
